A party files a Demand for Arbitration with Forthright in accordance with Forthright's NJ No-Fault PIP Arbitration Rules.
Forthright notifies all parties of the arbitration with an initiation letter.
Forthright assigns a Dispute Resolution Professional (DRP) from its panel to decide the case.
Forthright sets a date, time and location and notifies the parties.
Parties submit written evidence and arguments.
Parties attend the in-person proceeding before the DRP and present their evidence.
The DRP considers the parties evidence and issues a written decision.
