New Jersey No-Fault-Arbitration Process
|  |  | A party files a Demand for Arbitration with Forthright in accordance with Forthright's NJ No-Fault PIP Arbitration Rules. |  |  | 
|  | Forthright notifies all parties of the arbitration with an initiation letter. |  | ||
|  | Forthright assigns a Dispute Resolution Professional (DRP) from its panel to decide the case. |  | ||
|  | Forthright sets a date, time and location and notifies the parties. |  | ||
|  | Parties submit written evidence and arguments. |  | ||
|  | Parties attend the in-person proceeding before the DRP and present their evidence. |  | ||
|  | The DRP considers the parties evidence and issues a written decision. |  |
